Biosafe

Biosafe is an environmentally friendly, alkaline soap with excellent foaming properties. It is safe to use and comfortable to work with. The soap produces a rich foam that prolongs contact time and helps with better breakdown of biological material, resulting in shorter cleaning times. It is particularly recommended for sensitive materials such as aluminium, as it is non-corrosive and safe for use on all surfaces, including vehicles.

Usage concentration: 3–5%, with a contact time of 10–30 minutes.

Alcalu-s

Alcalu-S is a mild, concentrated alkaline detergent with strong foaming properties, specially designed for sensitive materials like aluminum, copper, and brass. Suitable for daily cleaning of various surfaces, including aluminium, steel, plastic, and wood.

Usage concentration: 3–5%, with a contact time of 10–20 minutes.

BioGel

BioGel is an effective cleaning agent developed for thorough cleaning of surfaces. With its thick consistency and strong cleaning power, BioGel adheres well to surfaces, effectively removing dirt and organic material. The product is gentle on materials and easy to rinse off, making it ideal for use in poultry and pig houses, and other livestock facilities. BioGel ensures a clean foundation for further disinfection and contributes to improved biosafety.

Usage concentration: 3–5%, with a contact time of 20–30 minutes.

Kenosan

Kenosan is a highly effective alkaline detergent designed to handle demanding cleaning of biological material, especially in livestock rooms. It reduces organic material by up to 90%, provides visual control with effective and long-lasting foam formation, and prepares surfaces for disinfection. The product is environmentally friendly, EU-certified, and highly effective at low dosages. It is well-suited for various surfaces and saves time and resources in the cleaning process.

Usage concentration: 1%, with a contact time of 20 minutes

DM CID S PRO

DM CID S Pro is a strong alkaline, foaming, chlorine-containing detergent. It is ideal for cleaning surfaces where a stronger effect is desired and has disinfecting properties at a 4–5% usage concentration. Be aware of possible bleaching of sensitive surfaces.

Usage concentration: 2–4%, with a contact time of 10–15 minutes.

Trans D

Trans D is a highly concentrated alkaline detergent, ideal for removing petrochemical grease, soot, and tire marks from concrete. Engines must be cold before cleaning.

Usage concentration: 5%, with a contact time of 5–10 minutes.

DM CLEAN SUPER

DM CLEAN SUPER is a concentrated, alkaline, and non-foaming detergent specifically developed for CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning of pipes and systems where foam formation is undesirable. It has excellent degreasing properties and can withstand high temperatures. Suitable for environments where foaming is not desired, such as piping systems, milking robots, and pig barns. Rinse thoroughly with cold water after use.

Usage concentration: 0.5–2% (with temperatures up to 95°C) and a contact time of 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the need.

DM CID PRO

DM CID Pro is a highly alkaline, chlorine-containing, and non-foaming detergent developed for CIP (Clean-In-Place) installations, pipes, and chlorine-tolerant surfaces. With sodium hypochlorite, it provides thorough cleaning and disinfection at a 4–5% concentration.

Usage concentration: 0.5–1% (50–70°C) with a contact time of 10–20 minutes.

Virocid
Virocid is a broad-spectrum, non-corrosive disinfectant containing glutaraldehyde, isopropanol, and ammonium chlorides. It is effective against over 100 pathogens, including viruses, bacteria, and fungi, and is suitable for all surfaces, including vehicles. Virocid is biodegradable, pH-neutral, and safe for most materials. It performs well at low temperatures and offers extended contact time for maximum effect. It can be applied using various methods, such as foam disinfection, spraying, or fogging.

Usage concentration: 0.5–1.5% with a contact time of 10–30 minutes.

Kickstart
Kickstart is an acidic, oxidizing disinfectant (pH 3) that is biodegradable. It is effective against viruses, fungi, algae, and biofilm and is suitable for use on surfaces, in pipes, and in CIP systems in agriculture and the food industry. Always rinse disinfected surfaces thoroughly after using Kickstart.

Usage concentration: 1–2% with a contact time of 30 minutes.

CID 2000
CID 2000 is an acidic, non-foaming disinfectant based on stabilized hydrogen peroxide. It is specifically designed for cleaning and disinfecting drinking water systems, where it effectively removes biofilm, organic material, and mineral deposits. The product is also suitable for acidifying drinking water during poultry placement, which can improve the microbial environment. The system must be thoroughly rinsed after use, and the product should not be used in combination with medications or close to vaccination.

Usage concentration: 2% for disinfection and 0.03–0.04% for pH adjustment.

Neopredisan 135-1
Neopredisan 135-1 is a broad-spectrum disinfectant developed for poultry and swine production. It is particularly effective against resilient pathogens such as roundworm eggs, Clostridium perfringens, prions, and oocysts from coccidia and cryptosporidia. The product is applied after thorough cleaning, with no need for subsequent rinsing, and is used at varying concentrations depending on the target pathogen. For example, a 2% solution is used against roundworms and a 3% solution against cryptosporidia.
